Families can enjoy the warm Caribbean waters this summer on The Tommy Fun Cruise with Carnival.

Say goodbye to summer and kick off the start of autumn this September by joining AAA Travel’s cruise for a cause on the third annual Tommy Fund Cruise.

One in every 330 children in the United States develops cancer before the age of 19. The Tommy Fund is a family organization at Yale New Haven Hospital that works with children with cancer to treat them and help find a cure.

Connecticut Motor Club’s travel manager, Chuck Gross, said he’s hoping this event will raise awareness of The Tommy Fund to AAA’s members.

“The Tommy Fund is the main charity we support,” said Mr. Gross. “It’s a cause specific to children, some terminal, some recovering. They need our support.”  Read more »
